About

Remote administrative assistant for small businesses, tradespeople and freelancers

Hi, I’m Anna 👋

I’m an independent administrative assistant, and my job is to take some of the weight off your shoulders.

Emails piling up, an overflowing calendar, invoices to chase, the little tasks you’ve been putting off for weeks… I take care of them, so you can finally focus on the work you love.

For several years, I was the voice on the phone and the face at the front desk. That’s where I learned what really matters: listening properly, answering quickly, and keeping a smile even when things speed up. I’ve also juggled several schedules at once, so urgent requests and last-minute changes don’t scare me. I know how to tell what can’t wait from what can.

I lived in the United States for five years, and I work just as comfortably in English as in French: communicating with your international clients, translation, subtitling… anything that calls for precision and the right choice of words.

What I promise you is a simple working relationship, someone reliable and available, and conversations where we truly understand each other.

Need a hand? Drop me a line and let’s have a first chat, with no commitment.

My Journey

My Strengths

If I had to sum up my career in one word, it would be people. From the very beginning, I’ve always worked close to others: welcoming them, giving them information, finding solutions and making sure things move forward.

Where it started: reception and administration
I began in bilingual reception and administrative support. That’s where I discovered how much I enjoy organisation and communication, in both French and English.

Customer service, in English, every day
At Armatis-LC, working on behalf of EDF, I was a bilingual English-speaking customer advisor. I learned to stay calm in all kinds of situations and to find the right tone with every caller. I was then promoted to assistant manager, working closely with the team.

Words, on the side (2013 – 2019)
For six years, I also worked as a freelance translator, subtitling and translating content from English into French. It’s work that demands patience and precision, where every word counts.

Coordination in the field (2021 – 2024)
At LVL Médical in Seclin, I worked as a coordinator. I handled calls, followed up on after-sales service interventions and organised the routes of our mobile technicians. Schedules changed constantly and emergencies came without warning: that’s where I learned to keep the big picture in view, even when everything is moving.

A fresh start (2026)
In June 2026, I earned my diploma as a remote administrative assistant. Today, I put all of this experience to work for freelancers and small businesses who need someone reliable by their side.

✅ Excellent client relationship skills, both written and spoken.

✅ Strong coordination and operational follow-up skills.

✅ A clear sense of priorities and of how to handle urgent matters.

✅ Fluent English, developed throughout my career and five years in the United States.

✅ A human, patient and attentive approach.
