The Service Provider offers remote assistance services including:
Administrative assistance and email management
Organization and follow-up of files
Commercial support and project coordination

Quotes and orders
Any service requires a prior quote valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm after signing the quote and paying the deposit. Any modification requested by the Customer may result in a revision of prices and deadlines. Creating and updating documents
Prices
Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. Services can be billed on a flat rate basis, at an hourly rate or via a pack of hours. Any unplanned service will be subject to additional invoicing after agreement by the Customer.
Payment terms
✓Balance upon receipt of invoice
✓Maximum payment period: 30 days
✓For recurring services: monthly payment in advance
Confidentiality
Data protection (GDPR)
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach after formal notice remains without effect for 15 days. Any service started is due in full. In the event of a subscription, one month’s notice is required.
Applicable law
These CGPS are governed by French law. The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
